I’ve received great and unexpected feedback about PluginChecker on my previous post so I’ve decided to refactor its code and better integrate with the standard Extensions Manager.
The original ugly dialog has been removed and informations about the new installed plugins are shown directly onto the Extensions Manager.
PluginChecker v0.2 can be downloaded from SourceForge and from AMO.

Amazon wish list
Can it be made compatible with SeaMonkey 2.0+ as well?
Those SeaMonkey versions have exactly the same Add-ons Manager and plugins support as the according Firefox versions (SM 2.0 has the same platform as FF 3.5.4) so those things should work without actual change, just with a not of compatibility in install.rdf / AMO.

Sure, I make some test under SM and re-submit it

Or just mark it compatible with toolkit@mozilla.org (using Gecko version numbers) and get all apps (Thunderbird 3, Komodo, etc.) too

Mook your idea is very smart but I don’t know how to do, may you give an example?

This doesn’t make sense. Plugins are add-ons.
